2. No Guarantee of Absolute Security
While STRATGUARD strives to provide professional and effective security services, no security service can guarantee the prevention of all criminal acts, losses, injuries, or damages.
STRATGUARD’s services are intended to reduce risk, not eliminate it. Clients acknowledge and accept that criminal activity, accidents, or unforeseen events may still occur despite reasonable security efforts.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding the property, site conditions, and security needs
Disclose known hazards, risks, or prior incidents
Maintain safe premises and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Cooperate with STRATGUARD personnel in the performance of services
Failure to meet these responsibilities may limit STRATGUARD’s ability to perform services effectively.
4. Use of Website
You agree to use STRATGUARD’s website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
Interfere with website functionality or security
Submit false or misleading information
Use the website for any unlawful, abusive, or malicious purpose

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
STRATGUARD SECURITY LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
STRATGUARD’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for services during the period giving rise to the claim
This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless STRATGUARD SECURITY LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
Client negligence or misconduct
Failure to comply with applicable laws
Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
Conditions at the client’s property outside STRATGUARD’s control
9. Independent Contractor Relationship
STRATGUARD personnel are employees or contractors of STRATGUARD SECURITY LLC only. Nothing in these Terms or any service agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with the client.
10. Termination of Services
STRATGUARD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services:
For nonpayment
For unsafe working conditions
For illegal activity
For breach of these Terms or a service agreement
Termination rights and notice requirements may also be governed by a separate written contract.
11. Privacy
Use of STRATGUARD’s website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms or STRATGUARD’s services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida.
